You deserve to know what you can expect from us before you receive your puppy.

One of the most important questions that you should ask of any breeder is: "What is your (the breeder’s) guarantee that we’ll (the buyers) receive a happy, healthy, well-adjusted puppy that will stay that way?"

While we cannot vouch for every DDB breeder, here's what you can and should - expect from us:

All of our 'babies' will be delivered to you in a safe & secure way and current on all vaccinations. We have a Global Transportation Director who coordinates all the deliveries of our babies directly into your arms at most International Airport Terminals. We offer this service to you for a flat fee ranging from $300 to $400 depending upon destination. This fee is well within range if you were having your puppy shipped in via air cargo, our "Nanny Delivery" though, is far safer and stress free for the puppy.
All pups will be vetted within 7 days of being delivered to you, in addition, all pups are micro chipped with an AKC® Home Again® microchip. The microchip registration form will be included with your shot record.
A shot record will be included in your 'puppy packet', along with 2 informational brochures from NuVet Labs™ on the supplements that we require all Von Krenz Bordeaux® bred pups/dogues to remain on during the duration of your replacement warranty & your Home Again® microchip registration certificate.
Your pup will be freshly bathed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned prior to being picked up here by one of our transport agents& ready to greet you with 'open paws' upon arrival at your location.
In most incidences, your puppy will be hand carried ("Nanny Delivered")by one of our transport agents (this service is included in the above fees) from our destination to your's, thus, insuring that your pup will arrive to you safely, without being subjected to the undesirable stress of riding in the cargo hold of an airplane. Your puppy, in most cases, will ride within the passenger section of the aircraft.
All Von Krenz Bordeaux® stud dogues have a AKC® DNA profile so that you can be assured of his or her lineage.
Your pup will undergo a thorough health exam by an experienced & licensed Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine to ensure that everything about your pup is in good order prior to you accepting delivery.
If you are requesting a male dogue, both testes will be checked.

In the event that any exam reveals a reason for concern, that party will be notified and alternate arrangements will be made for a puppy from the very next litter.

Upon receipt of your Von Krenz Bordeaux® pup you will have three days (weekends/holidays excluded) to have it examined by your vet to verify that he/she has arrived to you healthy.

In the unlikely event that something should happen in transit that affects the well-being of your pup, please notify us immediately so that we can work to rectify the situation. By either: getting it corrected at your end or making arrangements to have the pup sent back to us or by allowing us to send you payment to cover such incidentals.

We offer a 5-year replacement warranty on any pup that should succumb to any life-threatening, genetic defect of your pup for up to 5-years, you must have followed the terms of our contract to be eligible for a replacement pup.

"Life-threatening" defined herein as any condition in which two independent veterinarians {one of our choice} conclude that euthanasia is in the best interest of the afflicted dogue.
