Choosing to adopt a Dogue de Bordeaux is a serious decision for you and your entire household. Like children, dogues are completely dependent on their owners for all their needs: food, water, medical attention, exercise, shelter and - most importantly - companionship. Opening your home to a dogue can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life (and theirs too!), as long as you understand the daily responsibilities & routines that come with caring for this wonderful breed.

We never short cut the adoption process when considering placement of an older pup or dogue from our program. Instead, we adhere to a proven screening practice that helps to ensure an optimal and enduring fit between our dogues and the families we place them with. It's this attention to fit that has contributed to an exceptional track record.

We currently have males & females young adult 'program dogues' available for adoption. We have 2 families who are moving out of area along with 2 returned girls due to personal hardships. Perspective families should live within a 35 mile radius of our primary vet clinic which is located in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

At least one member of the adopting family should be gainfully & professionally employed. The Dogue De Bordeaux is an amazing breed & no canine companion will be more loyal then a DDB.
